"NORTHERN TREASURE" was thoroughly enjoyed by her owners while she was kept in Montauk. Tired of commuting from Florida to Montauk,they have decided to put her at the dock behind their home in Clearwater and use her there until sold.
The boat is in excellent condition in every respect; cared for with an "open checkbook" approach.
It has had very light use, originally on the Great Lakes and then on Long Island Sound by the second owner who was a marina owner who made many significant upgrades. In Montauk it was primarily used as an alternate residence with a few trips to Block Island and Newport. In total, she has only 757 hours since launch in 1999
This yacht is truly in "turn key" condition, up to date on all maintenance / services.
