this well appointed cockpit motoryacht truly gives you the best of all worlds due to the sensational layout in and out. she is powered by caterpillar diesels, has a generator, air and heat, full galley, 2 stateroom 2 head layout, roomy salon, large flybridge, aft top sundeck with hard top, water level aft cockpit for easy off and on at the dock or a day at sea swimming.
she is priced well below market for a couple of reasons. sellers motivation to sell, and the overall aesthetic condition of this boat. she will require updating and upgrading as well as cleaning. she has been used as a floating condo for the past few years. there are only 1803 hours on her cat diesels, but this yacht has not been run all that much other than at the dock. she is kept in the water all year long at her current location across from new york city.
there is a bimini top as seen in the pics, but other than that there are no other canvas' to really speak of. there is a canvas helm cover that is in tact though.
