This 1999 is cockpit motor yacht is the perfect weekend getaway.
The vessel has all the comforts of home. The boat is powered with twin 315HP Cummins diesels, she has a 7.6 KW Westerbeke generator, air conditioning, two staterooms and two heads.
A great feature on the model is the cockpit this allows you to handle lines, makes boarding and leaving the vessel easier and it also provides the sliding patio doors into the owner�s stateroom.
The 404 has a swim platform, on the platform is a roll on St Croix cradle for a hard bottom inflatable. In the cockpit is a cockpit shower. Port and starboard side boarding ladder and steps leading to the aft deck.
Aft Deck The aft deck provides a wet bar with ice maker, two seats aft deck table and the sole has a carpet. The aft deck is covered with a fiberglass hardtop and is fully enclosed.
On both side of the aft deck are clear acrylic doors.
From the aft deck you go up a couple of molded steps. The 404 has a comfortable bridge with good seating. There is the Captain seat, next to that is a double wide forward facing helm seat and in front of the helm is another forward facing seat.
The helm is a center console style helm so you can walk around it. At the helm is a working Raymarine C80, a working Standard Horizon VHF and a working Interphase probe. For entertainment there is a Clarion stereo.
All the gauges at the helm are in great condition, there is the remote for the remote light, control�s for the Maxwell windlass and under the helm are two foot rests.
The bridge also has carpet, cup holders and side storage.
Salon
Through the sliding salon door and down two steps you enter the salon.
On the port side is an L-shape sofa with a lazy boy. The salon has good natural light from the port and starboard side salon windows and the forward windshield.
There is removable barrel chair on the left. The dinette is forward and also on the left, the dinette breaks down into the berth.
Opposite the dinette is the galley with a stand up fridge freezer a Princess three burner cooktop and oven a microwave and coffee maker. The galley has good storage and a new galley sole. The day head, guest head is forward of the dinette and galley, the head has a solid privacy door, a vacu flush toilet, sink, mirror and storage. Forward in the bow is the guest stateroom with a side bunk with pull out draws, hull side port lights, recessed cabin lights and a deck hatch. The guest stateroom also has a solid privacy door.
Master Stateroom And Head
The master id aft, the room has access to the patio through the sliding salon door. The owners have thier own bathroom, this also has a solid door. In the head is a Vacuflush toilet, large mirror, storage and a stall shower. There are hanging closets in the master, recessed cabin lights in the headliner.The room has its own air conditioning panel and bulkhead mirror
