She shows very, very well and has been serviced regularly She had a haul out end of 2026 with new bottom paint, new anodes, new underwater lights and moves on balanced and tuned set of props. She runs and performs better than new! I have known this vessel since delivery and she has only been in Lake Pleasant moored in the shade. A very impressive unit with a cabin recent cabin remodel with new colors, galley, flooring, cabin seating and decor!! She is the top-notch boat compared to all other 360 Sport Sedans on or off the market. Lucky for you this vessel is available and also in an assumable 40' Covered slip. The Carver 360 Sport Sedan, called the 36 Sedan in 2005-07, was to pack as much living space as possible into a compact yacht. In that regard, she achieved her purpose. Sporting a full-size cockpit and a large swim platform, the model is a versatile cruising yacht whose expansive two-stateroom interior is her most appealing feature. The main cabin is arranged with a unique raised dinette or lounge forward with a perfect amount of seating, and all bulkheads, counters, drawers and furniture are high-gloss cherry wood. A curved staircase below the dinette leads down to the aft guest stateroom with convertible twin berths, and the forward stateroom with an island berth. The hard flooring in the galley and salon area is a nice feature, and the tiered windows admit plenty of natural lighting into the salon that makes it great for those not interested in the cabins of express models. Getting around the Sport Sedan is easy: in each forward corner of the cockpit, a five-step stairway leads to the raised side decks while an additional staircase takes you to the bridge. Topside, the helm is on the centerline sided by companion seats. Upgraded sound system and TV entertainment gives this Carver the edge. Powered with twin 8.1volvos with 375HP each.
