This boat has only had 3 owners and all have meticulously cared for this boat, moored it in a covered
slip and always in fresh water.


This is a big roomy boat and can make a great floating condo with 2 comfortable staterooms with full
heads. It offers a wide open salon with breakfast bar and well equipped galley with a new full size
refrigerator microwave and stove going along with a convertible dinette. She also offers real teak
cabinetry throughout the boat.


Outside this boat offers wide side decks and rails that make it safe to maneuver while underway or
docking. The fully enclosed aft deck offers a wet bar with a frig and lots of storage. The bridge offer a
comfortable and well functional center helm with great 360 degree visibility as well as seating for
family and friends.


The boat was pulled last year for inspection, to clean the bottom and install a new swim ladder.
(NEW) refrigerator, water heater, exhaust hoses & elbows and packing the shafts, Fusion Stereo w/
Klipsch speakers, custom blinds, fabric and bed cloths, chairs and 6 new batteries. Inside the boat has
been totally updated.


The boat is also equipped with full encloser aft and helm, Garmin Multi Function Display
GPSMAP5212, Garmin Rador, Garmin Auto Pilot w/ Remote GHP 10, Garmin GC Cameras (2),
Garmin GFS 10 (both engines).
