A very rare find! A Carver 36 Mariner with Twin Diesels!! These boats have a great layout for a cruising couple. Easily and safely walk all the way around the boat, Wide molded fiberglass stairs to port and starboard make it a breeze to access the bridge and are excellent for docking as well.
Boat has been recently serviced and prepared for the new owners, she is equipped with just about everything you would need - unless you want radar.. you will have to provide that. The interior is especially clean and ready to live aboard. There is one glaring issue. The exterior upholstery is ready to be redone. After that you have a heck of a great boat at a great buy... This boat has diesels but still in the same asking price of the gas engines on the market. So act quickly, or someone else will.. And you may miss the boat!

Outstanding value Twin Diesel 36 Carver Mariner in the same price range and the gas models. The interior is in great shape for a 20 year old boat the exterior recently detailed, The engines and generator recently serviced. The exterior upholstery is sun baked, and needs replaced, but there is nothing about this boat that will keep you from using it and enjoying it immediately.
Equipped with everything you should need. This was a very popular model due to its wonderful layout and amenities. You can enjoy this boat dockside as a live aboard or out on the hook. The diesel engines make it very economical for Key Hoping or the Great Loop.

Few boats have matched the popularity of the Carver 350 Mariner (called the 36 Mariner in 2004–10). She may not be much to look at, but beneath that unorthodox styling lies an enormous single-level interior that dwarfs anything in her class.
Built on a solid fiberglass hull, the full-beam salon of the Mariner is made possible by elevating the side decks above the cabin windows— instead of leading aft to the cockpit, these walkways reach up to the bridge. The Mariner’s original layout features a U-shaped dinette to port in the salon, settee opposite, inside bridge access ladder, and an offset double berth in the forward stateroom. In 2004, the floorplan was modified to include a booth-style dinette in the salon, no interior ladder, and a centerline queen berth in the stateroom.
Both configurations boast a large head compartment with separate stall shower. The interior woodwork is teak or cherry. In the cockpit, two stairways lead to the bridge with its wet bar, port and starboard lounges, and aft bench seat. The engine compartment (under the cockpit sole) is a tight fit.
