"The Bavarian" is a 1992 33' Carver aft cabin sundeck motor yacht that was recently completely compounded, waxed and detailed, including her interior steam cleaned and ready for your toothbrush and life aboard!
She is located at Port Annapolis marina, adjacent to their pool, restaurant and bath house. Their yearly slip fee is approx. $750/per month for liveaboard/ $650 per month for non liveaboard. (dock fees include water, power and internet wifi).
"The Bavarian" has 2 double bed cabins, in addition to having a galley dinette table that seats 4 and converts to a double berth and a fold out couch in the salon that also sleeps 2, so this beautiful 33 Carver sleeps 8 when needed! Amazing!
The Bavarian is also powered by fresh water cooled Volvo Penta 7.4 L engines with just under 1000 hours use. They have just had an oil change, filters and two new batteries! (PORT ENGINE IS NEEDING A REPLACEMENT) Sale is AS IS, WHERE IS at 10K.
However, her port engine seems to be in need of a replacement as she just began to run rough. Major price reduction to $10,000 firm! Call me to discuss. She makes a perfect floating home, right by the pool and laundry!
