The "Secret Weapon" was originally built by Mike Stokes of Dare County, NC and christened the "Fight N Lady" for his family's famed charter fishing reputation and record catches out of Oregon Inlet, NC. When not fishing, Mike alongside his father Sam spent countless hours building boats in Dare County boat shops when not out on the ocean during charter fishing season.
In 2018, the "Secret Weapon" was brought to Croswait Composites for a complete refit. Croswait Composites is operated by brothers Jordy and Aaron Croswait who come from a long lineage of renown Outer Banks fishermen and boat builders. As told by the owners, "the only thing original on this boat is the hull itself." With one quick glance you can easily see this to be a true statement.
The final product of this effort reflect the love and hours that were poured into the project and it would be hard to find a custom boat of this size in better shape. The legendary hands that have graced this rig throughout the years give the "Secret Weapon" a legendary status in her own right. She has been lift kept and also comes with a twin axle trailer. The custom designed aluminum engine bracket designed by Shearline and 2015 Yamaha 300's with low hours push this rig along at super impressive speeds and economic fuel burn.
