Very nice 1988 Cape Dory Downeast Flybridge Cruiser. Fresh Water since 1993! Brand new Raymarine electronics package: 12" MFD, Quantum Radar, Auto Helm, Chirp Transducer. New Windows and frames around pilot house. Cushions in very good condition. Volvo 200hp diesel, 2101 hrs.
ââ?¬Å?Widgetââ?¬ï¿½ is a flybridge model and has a single-stateroom floorplan with a V-berth forward with lot of accessible storage; a compact galley- with a two-burner alcohol /electric stove, deep single sink front loading refrigerator with freezer; a spacious main cabin with a settee with two table options.
The inside helm is easily operated either from a standing or sitting position, curiosity of the fold away helm seat.
The cockpit is a delightful place to lounge to watch the sunset. The transom attached swim- platform, ideal for easy boarding from the dock. Also attached to it is a swim ladder.
The flybridge is large, unclutter and the helm beach seat is in great condition. Clear splash guard and a canvas bimini provides a very comfortable place to drive ââ?¬Å?Widgetââ?¬ï¿½.
Additional features include wide side decks, good service access to the engine, and NEW sliding cabin windows and frames. Space-efficient interior with classy teak-and-holly flooring, teak cabinets includes convertible salon dinette, standard lower helm. Tall flybridge provides great 360-degree visibility. Wide side decks allow secure bow access. Deep keel protects prop from grounding. Excellent engine access.
