This Cape Dory 27 is a great sailing pocket cruiser with many desirable upgrades like new Harken roller furling, new Garmin chartplotter, new wiring and electrical panels, and LED navigation lights.  Her interior is in very nice condition, and although the tung oil finish on her brightwork doesn't gleam like the rest of her, it is practical, and easily maintained.  She received an out-of-water re-fit in 2010, and her interior was refinished in a cabinet shop.  She received new hoses, clamps, and many new mechanical items, and is now ready to go cruising.  The photos tell a better story, and if you have looked at many other small cruisers in this class, you will likely recognize just what she offers.  A 2010 insurance survey was done during the work, and she was described as "well above average condition".
