They start with a new Northcoast 23 center console and custom fit the 410 gallon holding tank and fuel tank then build the deck system. There is no wood in their stringer or deck system. The Edson 120 ELB diaphram pump and Leeson Electric motor are rated for 40 gallons per minute capability pumpout operation.
