Come Check Out This 1986 C&C 41. She is listed at a great price and is being sold as-is to benefit the Matthews Museum.
She would make a great Cruiser or live-aboard for anyone needing a lot of space at a great price.
A fair market appraisal was completed and is available upon viewing the boat. The exterior of the vessel needs a general cleaning, compound, and wax. She has a few areas of crazing, but no signs of soft spots were noted, and she appears to be serviceable. The standing rigging shows no sign of corrosion; however, some of the running rigging is weathered and will need to be replaced.
The cabins below are spacious, with a galley to starboard, cabins forward and aft, and additional sleeping in the salon area. Again, she will need a deep cleaning.
She won't last long at this price. Call Lynn to schedule your viewing at 804-384-3723.
