Overview
CORELLIAN is a C&C 37+ (40) designed by Rob Ball that epitomizes C&C's renowned balance of performance and comfort in the cruiser/racer segment. Over a ten-year production run, C&C produced three versions of this 40-foot hull - one optimized for racing, an 'extra-light racer, and a third, cruising-oriented variant that CORELLIAN exemplifies. Her dual staterooms, handsome interior finishes, and large L-shaped galley reflect a boat built for active use exploring the Pacific Northwest.
Her interior is in excellent condition. Upholstery shows as new, and the owner's stateroom berth has been upgraded with a custom memory foam mattress and ventilated slat system for improved airflow and comfort.
CORELLIAN's easily driven hull form, spade rudder, and fin keel make her an ideal platform for exploring the Salish Sea - whether you're an adventurous solo sailor, a couple seeking a weekend escape, or a family ready for longer adventures. All sail handling lines are led aft to the cockpit for single-handed convenience, and the entire perimeter of the engine compartment is accessible for easy inspection and maintenance.

Interior Accommodations
CORELLIAN's interior is generously proportioned and well-appointed, comfortably accommodating a solo explorer, couple, or family for extended time aboard.
Stepping below into the main cabin, an impressively large L-shaped galley greets you immediately to starboard. It is equipped with a three-burner Force 10 stove with oven, ample countertop workspace, a double sink with hot and cold pressure water, and a large refrigerator-freezer - everything needed to prepare meals in comfort, even underway.
To port, a full head with separate shower offers a convenient place to rinse off or change after a wet passage, keeping the rest of the cabin dry and inviting.
Forward of the galley, the main salon is the social heart of the boat. The salon table opens with two folding leaves to seat the entire crew for meals or evening gatherings. The U-shaped settee to starboard converts into a large double berth when needed. To port, a generous settee shares space with an aft-facing navigation station and large chart table; removing the seatback converts this side into an additional berth as well.
The forward stateroom is a true private cabin in every sense. Port and starboard overhead storage cabinets, a hanging locker, and a vanity sink give the space 'stateroom' identity. An opening bulkhead allows a visual connection to the main salon for those who want to stay part of the action or can be closed for privacy.
