Sourdough is a two owner, fresh water masthead sloop stepped on her keel. She's recognized as an excellent sailing boat with good-looking lines capable of comfortable cruising or club racing. She has 6' headroom in a teak trimmed boat and sleeps 5 between double forepeak berths, quarter berths and settees. There is storage beneath all the berths. The center-mounted table is removable if a more open main salon is preferred over a table from which to eat on. The head is situated between the forward cabin and the main salon with the toilet on the port side and a vanity with sink, underneath storage and outlet on the starboard side. The galley is at the companionway steps with sink, and top loading ice box. The stove & oven is gimbaled. Behind the counter there is storage for galley items. There's also a navigation station. The boat is ready to sail after spring preparation and the asking price includes the remainder of this winter's storage, plus spring launch and summer storage with marina compliance. Not only do you pick up a nice boat, but you have an instant place to keep it unless you want to transport it elsewhere. It is kept at the Lake City Marina in the winter and the Pepin WI marina in the summer.
