"Esprit" has been well maintained and well loved, but her owners have moved away from Florida and she needs to find a new home. She's hauled out in Green Cove Springs. She's a tiller-steered model with a Yanmar engine and sails in great shape. Her layout is spacious, and she's a very comfortable yet fun-to-sail boat.
