The US-built Californians have a reputation of offering a lot of boat for the money, and the 34' LRC is a perfect example why: she's a good looking boat with distinctive lines but more importantly, displaces 18,000 lbs (compared to more like 13,000 pounds for a Sea Ray or Silverton of the same size) so is comfortable in typical Bay conditions--this design was considerably ahead of its time as one of the first modern semi planing "fast trawler" type yachts so has more speed and less roll than you'd expect.
This particular example was one of the last of the design to be built (over 200 were launched between 1977 and 1984) and was originally home ported on Lake Huron, then kept in fresh water until 2020 (and for many of those years in a covered berth) and really must be seen to be appreciated--she shows WAY newer than her actual age! With over $60,000 reportedly spent on maintenance and upgrades over the past five years, and all of the machinery being low time (barely 700 hours on the twin Crusader 350s, and only about 200 hours on the 5kW Westerbeke genset that was reportedly installed about seven years ago), professionally maintained and regularly run so I'm confident Outta Here! will breeze thru survey.
Also note she's lying in a potentially transferable covered slip at the freshly renovated Loch Lomond Marina in San Rafael; this harbor is one of only a couple places in Marin offering covered berths, and is embedded in a charming marina/yacht club/condo/Andy's Market complex so it would be a material benefit if a new owner could take advantage...

Up four steps aft to salon with lower helm and sliding door to side deck starboard (note the high deck bulwarks for safety underway), built in L shaped settee and wet bar portside.
Continue aft thru two sliding doors to fully enclosed cockpit with transom door to swim platform, up stainless steel ladder to fully enclosed flybridge with plenty of built in seating.

110V AC / 12V DC. Thirty amp shorepower service, six 6V AGM batteries new in 2022 at which time battery charger was also replaced, Xantrex inverter, only 160 hours on Westerbeke 5kW genset reportedly installed in 2019 and run regularly with a load on as part of routine maintenance program.
