Other Californian boats for sale in Tennessee, United States
This Californian is in impeccable condition. The last 2 owners have taken pride in their ownership updating both the interior and the exterior. She has been kept undercover, in fresh water, on the Tennessee river throughout the last 3 owners and in Chattanooga specifically since 2016. She is a great size to Liveaboard but not too big to take around the "Great Loop". Current owner bought a lake house so no longer needs a Motoryacht.
She has 2 staterooms and 2 full heads along with a generous Salon area. She is powered by twin CAT 3208TA's. If you prefer outdoor space she offers a large aft deck area and flybridge seating area. Current owner update her enclosure to canvas and acrylic valued at over $30,000. New Bridge Upholstery, and a full deck rail "pet guard" valued at over $7,000. A marquipt tide ladder is included for easy boarding in any docking situation. Electronics are dated but are reported to be operational.
This boat is one that should not be missed.
The hour meters were replaced at some point so actual engine hours are unknown. Hours on meter are accurate to at least the usage of the past 3 owners but the hours at the time of the meter change are unknown. Total hours are thought to be around 2100 hrs give or take.
