One of our favorites. We've sold her 3 times. Been freshwater since original owner brought her to the Tennessee River from Jacksonville in 1986. Been on either the Tennessee or the Cumberland here in Nashville ever since
Back on the market after 5 years. Current owner no longer has time to use. . An excellent buy on a quality yacht. One of the six 42's built by Marshall in Tustin, Californian. Superior construction, solid fiberglass hull (no coring), extraordinary black walnut cabinetry.
"Scruples" floorplan features two nice staterooms, bunks forward & queen aft, two full heads with showers, large salon, full galley & dinette and a roomy aftdeck with hardtop and soft enclosure. She is powered with 375hp Cats with only 1685 original hours, 12.5kw Westerbeke genset with 1083 hours; has three zone marine heat/air; full electronics package with radar, autopilot and new Lowrance Chartplotter.
This boat is equipped and ready to go anywhere; and can reach either the Gulf or the Great Lakes in about a week of cruising.
