This is a single owner vessel, purchased new in '96 and used exclusivley for cruising Lake Michigan. The boat has been really well cared for as was evident the second you step aboard. Galley to port with an ice box, 2 burner stove/oven, and a double sink with pressure water. Nav station and captain quarter berth starboard and aft. The salon upholstery is in fantastic condition, is very clean and free of tears or cosmetic damages. The teak & holly cabin sole and teak drop down table are in fabulous condition, as are the ports, hatches, chain plates. As you move forward, the head is to starboard with a double entry, accessible from the forward V-berth with the privacy door closed.
The boat is powered by a Yanmar diesel 3GM30F , 28 hp
This vessel is equipped with two (2) 100 Gal fuel tanks which increases her motoring range many hundreds of miles beyond other boats in her class.
She is also equipped with a 100 Gal fresh water tank which comfortably extends longer cruising.
At the helm you will find the Autohelm depth and speed as well as the Raymarine ST5000+ autopilot, Raymarine RT300 GPS, Icom VHF and Ritchie compass.
Sun protection provided by the dodger and bimini.
Cockpit lazaret to port has plentiful access to the fuel filter / water separators, 20-amp battery charger, Water heater, and the 1000 Prowatt DC to AC power inverter.
The electric windlass is controlled by a remote which can easily be plugged into either the anchor locker in the foredeck or aft at the helm in the captains bench seat, this was well thought out and assists a single handling sailor.
