This well-cared for 1986 Cal 33-2 is being offered for sale by a knowledgeable owner who has completed several major updates. The Cal 33-2 is a unique blend of performance and comfort. This Cal 33-2 is a well maintained example and is ready to sail. The Cal 33-2 has a wide open feeling below with two double berths located at opposite ends of the boat. The aft double berth is open to the main salon with opening ports in the hull and cockpit allowing air to circulate. Forward is a double cabin, large v-berth with plenty of foot and shoulder room, there are drawers, alcoves and shelves plus storage under the berth. To starboard of the passageway leading from the forward cabin to the main salon is a large head compartment with shower. Opposite is a hanging locker.

New mattress and covers for quarter berth - 2014
Main salon table has been removed and placed in storage to allow for a more open feel.
Solar array installed in 2018 300 watts w blue tooth connection to check solar.
New headsail 2021
New rudder installed, original equipment foss rudder.
Whole bottom of boat was sand blasted and barrier coated in 2018
2023 diesel tank was removed and pressure washed, Electric fuel pump installed as well.
Started having trouble with nav instruments after a bird pecked the rubber buttons off last summer. They currently do not work and mostly needs to be replaced.
Boat just completed a trip to the Dominican Republic 2023. Last run with old owner.
Has some damage to bow spirit, A new one can be made by a local machine shop.
Theres a whole wrap around enclosed doger that can be snapped in. All of it is currently not on, but is inside the boat.
Vessel has alot of extras on board including 2 new west marine auto inflating life vests, many extra parts and more.
