Either under the Hood umbrella or with his own firm, since 1977 he was responsible for every Bristol production or custom sailboat from 35' to 72'. His design portfolio contains both sail and power to 72' and for both production and custom builders, such as Kanter Yachts and Brooklin Boatyard.
KISMET 2 is Dieter's personal boat. She was created using a production Bristol 35.5 hull and deck and finished by the craftsman at Little Harbor Boat Yard, under Dieter's supervision. While she has all the attributes of the production versions, she offers more substantial and custom joinerwork. All in a classic cruising yacht allowing you to sailing in skinny water with her 3' 9" draft.
