Solana sailed in the 2004 Annapolis to Bermuda race, placing 4th in fleet, and had complete overhaul just prior to the race. All running and standing rigging was replaced, the mast was removed and a new brace placed; centerboard pennant replaced; separate track for storm sail on mast and new primary and secondary Anderson winches. Main halyard and reefing lines were moved aft to the cockpit to facilitate single handing and a Dutchman system placed on the mainsail. New Raymarine ST60 depth, speed and wind direction instruments placed in the cockpit. Steering cable and quadrant replaced, new boom installed.
Solana is currently in the water ready for your personal inspection. She is fast and solid, ocean ready for dependable smooth sailing anywhere.
