Very nicely kept Motor Yacht and properly maintained by great owners. It is in the water and ready to cruise or to entertain. The slip is paid until next April. There was incredible attention to the interior wood work when it was built. The freshwater cooled Volvo diesels only have 1200 hours of running time.
Some upgrades since 2018 are the bow thruster, barrier coating for the bottom with 8 coats of protection. This yacht has under water lighting, 2 folding bicycles, and new canvas in 2018. There is also a small tender with an outboard.
