PARISEA is a Classic 1972 Bertram Fly Bridge Cruiser in "good condition" having had extensive mechanical refit including engines, running gear, fuel system, custom fish box/live well, bonding system and electrical systems. Nothing in power boating has equaled the continued worldwide popularity of the Bertram 31 with the legendary deep-V hull design. In addition to her superb sea keeping characteristics, the 31 FBC has a large fishing cockpit and spartan but comfortable cabin accommodations with berths for four.
Located in Deltaville Virginia with complete engine service just completed by Deltaville Boat Yard she is ready to fish and cruise the Chesapeake Bay.
The aft cockpit is very large and is accessible from the salon and all gunnels are enclosed by fiberglass reinforced plastics bulwarks. Engine box covers provide a large seating area. The upper helm, located on the flu bridge deck, is accessible via a ladder from the aft deck. The helm is amidships, with bench seating. The bridge deck is enclosed fiberglass dash, and is protected from the weather by acrylic wind screens. Stainless steel rails around the aft fly bridge. Cockpit sole hatches provide access to steering gear, fuel tank, exhaust hose and stuffing boxes (dripless). Flybridge Bimini top (not shown in pictures is in storage). Deck has bow railing starless steel 1" 26" height at bow tapering to 18" aft. Side deck has a narrow walk around with ample hand rails on cabin top and sides. Anchor is a Danforth 13S anchor with 18" of 3/8 chain attached to 150" of 1/2" double braid nylon rode. The windless brand is "Good Windless" with breaker provide a main panel. Note-- live well, cockpit deck and sides replaced or refurbished. Fiberglass fuel tank under cockpit deck replaced with stainless tank.
The cabin is comprised of a galley with head to starboard and a dinette to port, with a V berth forward. The house is finished in a wood grained mica, with safety glass windows on both sides and two sealed tempered safety glass windows forward and sealed safety glass panels seated in aluminum track on both sides.
Galley- no galley equipment other than a sink.

Engines are twin Crusader 5.7 Captains Choice model 50-570-01 New install was 2009 little use since with recent complete mechanic service including new risers and exhausts manifolds. Engine hours are owner estimate no hour meters.
