Galley refit includes new counter top as well as table top, new sink, and microwave/convection oven. New upholstery throughout in dinette and master as well as all exterior cushions, new water tanks and a extra holding tank added. All systems and engines maintained in perfect working order.
BROKER REMARKS: I actually went for a ride on this boat, due to it being my favorite for an excellent fishing platform as well as just enough interior space - with gen-set and A/C - and large stand up shower-- to make her a very do-able cruiser. The Owners of Opus IV have done a nice job and her overall condition is well above average.. Well the owners of âOPUS IVâ? have done a nice job as well any other previous owner due to her over all condition is well above average. Hull sides shine, bottom is maintained regularly, interior has had major face lift with counter tops, all cloth coverings have been tastefully updated, loads of goodies under decks as well. The seller went nuts on the clean up and upgrading of wiring, tanks replaced, strainers, etc. a load of items that make this boat as good as one can make her. A great Gulf of Mexico fishing boat that is clean and well kept for its age. The boat is priced to sell. AS STRAIGHT AS THEY CAN COME!
