The "Bruiser" was completely refit between the years of 2012- 2014 with the exception of the engines and transmissions which were inspected and maintained as necessary. She was painted with AwlCraft 2000 and all of her electrical and plumbing systems replaced. She received a new hardtop, frame and electronics along with a new generator. Today she is super clean and continues to be maintained with pride. Undoubtedly one of the most stunning 31's on the market today and truly worth a look!

Pros

Solid Construction: Built with a strong fiberglass hull and robust framing, the Bertram 31 offers excellent durability and seaworthiness.

Classic Design: The iconic deep-V hull design provides a smooth and stable ride, even in rough waters.

Spacious Flybridge: The flybridge offers great visibility and additional seating, making it ideal for fishing or leisurely cruising.

Comfortable Interior: The cabin layout typically includes a functional galley, sleeping accommodations, and a head, suitable for overnight trips.

Proven Performance: Known for reliable handling and good speed with twin engine setups, making it versatile for various boating activities.

Cons

Age-Related Wear: Being a vintage model, it may require ongoing maintenance and updates to electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

Fuel Consumption: Twin engines can lead to higher fuel costs compared to more modern, fuel-efficient designs.

Limited Modern Amenities: Lacks some of the contemporary conveniences and technology found in newer boats.

Weight: The solid construction contributes to a heavier vessel, which can impact trailering and fuel efficiency.
