This one will not disappoint.

One of Cape Cods finest yacht yard has finally decided to sell its master craftsmanship showpiece.  For the past couple of years, Macdougalls Yacht Yard of Cape Cod has been using ââ?¬Å?Lady Macââ?¬ï¿½ as a demonstration model to show the type of craftsmanship and quality of work they are capable of. You will see as you scroll through the photos the work of art and craftsmanship that Macdougalls put into this rehab from top to bottom and everything in between. This 31 Revival has been rebuilt from the hull up including coosa synthetic stringers to accommodate the twin Brand New YANMAR 8LV 370ââ?¬â?¢s with Warranties! Her exterior has been completely refurbished. The bottom has been barrier coated and painted with black multi-season Ablative paint. Her hull and topsides have been painted with Quantumââ?¬â?¢s grey paint and bright white topsides with high UV inhibitors to protect against the elements. Her running gear is all brand new, including her H/H propellers.  She has Imtra ZIP wake trim system and Bacres LED underwater lights. Her windshield has been removed and glassed in with two Lumar 4G flush mounted hatches to allow light in the cabin and also open for fresh air.  Her foredeck also includes a flush mounted Lumar 4G hatch.

The details and artistry do not stop there. Her interior has been completely restored with all new painted surfaces. Equipped with all new custom upholstery throughout the boat and all new wood joinery and custom accent lighting down below in the cabin. The cabin features a stand up head to starboard, a convertible dinette to port, galley on starboard mid-ship with a vberth forward.
