Awarded the "Boat of the Year" in the full size cruiser category by Cruising World when she was debuted in 1997, this particular vessel was purchased by us in 2015 from Virginia/Chesapeake.
December 2022 out of water hull SAMS/ABYC Survey noted "Hull in remarkably good condition" Survey available only to qualified buyers with offer and deposit.
Layout is a 3 cabin, 2 head + separate laundry room with sink, washer/dryer. STBD guest cabin holds second freshwater head, shower & wash place.
This is probably the single most comfortable, upgraded and highly customized sailing yacht available in this price range, this vessel is the one you could easily live aboard and/or travel in comfort.
As you walk through the custom key-lock companionway door (not cumbersome slat boards) the first thing that hits you in the clean, bright and fresh cabin. All bilges and spaces constantly cleaned and maintained. This is huge for absent boat owners as it ensures climate control for interior surfaces and fabrics.
Next you can't help but notice the full length Euro galley with a glistening quartz countertop and sensor touch faucet double sink. A gorgeous high gloss teak and holly sole illuminates the entire space with a warm, golden tone. This is all naturally complimented by a beautiful skylight that doubles as remote control, 4 zone LED night-time detail lighting for upper deck as well as salon and galley.
The fully customized quartz galley counter was designed to eliminate the uncomfortable fiddle rail and loss of space and inconvenience to fridge/freezer openings. Tremendous usable counter space for cooking and entertaining. Still much room left for imagination (microwave, shelving, air fryer what have you) or leave as is with Smart TV in place. Galley had been re-designed to best utilize storage areas.
Grab the AC remote and set for your comfort desired, same for lighting simply adjust all LED Zones for your mood-which will always be euphoric while aboard.
New 2025 Isotherm deep drawer fridge/freezer not installed but on vessel.
Upgraded Isotherm water heater - no more cold showers as easily carries galley, laundry and guest showers.
AC/Heat (2 zones) with enough AC to cool entire boat in middle of Florida summer or heat to comfort in NE Winter.
New 2025 cockpit bimini has been extended and raised to accommodate a full walk around 6' plus headroom.
All port light lenses replaced in dark bronze color designed for privacy, climate control and exterior aesthetics, protective sunbrella covers for all.
AC Electrical panels and new ABYC ground fault compliant breakers to accommodate added to shorepower and management thereof. New AC Supply wires also at this time.
225 gallons (not a typo) domestic freshwater in 3 tanks built into lowest part of hull allowing for very stable ride or alongside dock. Dockside water hookup while alongside.
2017 4 person valise life raft.
Both heads Raritan fresh water versions (no more obnoxious sulphur odors) Master stateroom head is 12V electric full size elegance model sea head.
Master shower with household-like pressure and oversize shower heads with both fixed and hand-held wand.
Engine completely overhauled 2018 with approx. 460 hour since.
Teak cockpit decking added and teak seating renewed 2019 (full teak not veneer)
