The Oceanis 46 boasts all the features of a large cruising yacht, with a rare balance between elegance, usable space and performance. Her stepped hull opens up an incredible amount of space inside and yet her seakeeping performance is still impressive. A large number of clever customizable fittings make her easy to sail and pleasantly comfortable.
The Oceanis 46.1 is based on a Finot-Conq plan, keeping the distinctive stepped hull of the 51.1. Apart from her performance at sea and the huge amount of space that set this boat apart, this architecture makes optimal use of the cockpit beam. An incredibly efficient deck plan makes her wonderfully safe and easy to use. The furling mast, self-tailing jib and all the halyards and sheets brought back to a single winch at each of the helm stations, make manoeuvring simple when short-handed sailing.
OFF-PISTE is a beautiful example of this popular classic design Oceanis 46.1 from Beneteau. This model has been so successful because she is a great size for extended cruising with a couple or a friends and family but is very easy to sail short-handed. Wide open cockpit leads to big deck surfaces and a wonderful interior with light oak and upholstery finishes. She is fast and sports a contemporary look inside and out.
Well outfitted with the bigger optional 80 hp Yanmar common rail diesel, she has a generator , reverse cycle air conditioning/heat, full electronics, electric transom platform with remote, in-mast furling with ICW friendly height and many options and features that make life on board so enjoyable. She has the three stateroom layout with two heads and stall showers so brings your friends or go out alone and enjoy a wonderful cruise. The sellers are the second owners and have taken excellent care. Services and maintenance have been provided by a top Beneteau dealer and boatyard.
OFF-PISTE is a beautiful and well maintained yacht with three private cabins and two heads and stall showers. The light oak interior is bright and welcoming even on a cloudy day. Windows in the hull at each of the berths allow visibility around the mooring field and provide a connectedness to the outside. Plenty of hatches and opening portlights offer light and fresh air and each hatch has a combination shade/screen arrangement.
The Owners Stateroom is forward and features a large center island queen bed. This is a custom spring mattress. White upholstery on the bulkheads adds a touch of elegance and a softness to the interior. There is a large drawer under the bed and lockers to port and stbd and along the overhead. The head and shower and toilet areas are split into two rooms with the shower and a vanity and seat to stbd and a electric toilet and vanity sink to port. This is a great arrangement for a couple getting ready at the same time.
Aft to port is a settee with a chart table forward. The settee lifts up to be a comfortable lounge. To stbd is a U-shaped settee, very large dinette table, and centerline bench with storage under. Seating for eight in this space for dinner or after dinner card games. Two overhead hatches and deck and hull windows offer plenty of light and air.
The L-shaped Galley is to port and conveniently located between the companionway stairs and cockpit and the main salon. Features include an under-counter refrigerator, top-load freezer, two burner stainless steel propane stove with oven and broiler, two-basin stainless steel sink, microwave oven, and a number of good size lockers and cabinets.
Aft to port and stbd of the companionway are two private double berth staterooms. Each has a hull window to see out. The stbd side cabin has a private access to the stbd head and shower which is also accessible from the main salon.
