With her summer slip in Warwick, RI, available for the remainder of the 2026 sailing season, Tinker Toy is a comfortable, safe and well-equipped center cockpit version of the 1996 Beneteau Oceanis, designed for cruising in style. With accommodations for 6-8, two private heads, plus air conditioning, generator, Force 10 propane heater below, full cockpit enclosure and expansive equipped galley, Tinker Toy is ready to sail out the season -- and perhaps head south in winter.
Tinker Toy has a reliable Yanmar diesel and radar, plus a canvas dodger and bimini with a full cockpit enclosure, and her safety and ease-of-use features include safety stanchions at the mast, in-mast furling, a furling genoa and wide decks. Running rigging leads to the teak cockpit.
Below decks, she is designed for comfort and privacy in two berths fore and aft; her salon's great feature is a gorgeous teak dinette with folding leaf, one step up from the cabin sole.
Tinker Toy has a traditional sloop design with fin keel and double-spreader rig; the exterior topsides are finished in white gelcoat with black antifouling paint on the bottom.
