A capable cruiser and overnighter, ââ?¬Å?This Is Itââ?¬ï¿½ has been lovingly maintained and upgraded by its current owners giving her a sleek look unlike others you see on the market. This boat is ready to give its next owners an experience of a lifetime!Ã?

Boarding on the large, wide swim platform is comfortable and spacious enough for your tender or having friends sit to watch the world sneak by while on the water. Walking through the transom, the boat will meet you with comfort. To port, a settee with a table that drops down to a sun pad and starboard is a chaise lounge.

Moving forward and to port, a sink with refrigerator is located between the entertaining area and the helm with convenient proximity to both. Stepping up, you will find the helm is elevated enough to give a commanding view of your surroundings with a seat for your first mate to be on the lookout on those days where you need an extra pair of eyes.

On sunny days, slide the powered roof back for added sun and fresh air. Stepping back off the helm deck and moving down to the cabin through the companionway, you will meet a cozy dinette with galley including a stove, microwave and refrigerator to the starboard. Plenty of storage for dishes and other must-haves while cruising.

The primary stateroom boasts a queen size bunk with hanging lockers to the port and starboard. This stateroom, like the head and aft one, has full wood doors for added comfort and privacy.

Just behind the galley, you'll find a comfortably sized head with storage above the vanity. Moving out of the head and back, the second stateroom can be found boasting two single berths and has a filler cushion to create a large sleeping area.
