Three stateroom two head boat. Most unusually, each of the three cabins benefits from its own stainless steel basin to brush your teeth in, or wash your face.
Bolted on keel, spade rudder.
Aft starboard is owner's stateroom, galley to port with custom French marble countertop.
"Lucia1" has undergone a refit in her recent past (2005-present) New sails in 2012, wiring and electrical panel, waste hoses, windlass and anchor, AGM batteries, reconditioned transmission, air conditioner and all new standing rod rigging 2014.
