This very popular sailing and cruising 473 just came to market. She has never been in charter. Brand new batteries June 2017. She has the 3 Stateroom 2 head layout with a 6'8"headroom and very desirerable 14'2" beam. The boat is highlighted with beautiful cherry woods and teak and holly soles. All Staterooms are large and the forward has a queen centerline berth. There are 3 opening hatches and a 2 zone A/C unit with 28000btu's. Raymarine electronics radar rl-70 and a repeater gps aboard. She also has a auto pilot and an anemometer. Roller furling sails and new Doyle sails Summer 2014. Also on board Neil Pryde 95% headsail.
