In the 15+ years I have been with RCR Yachts, one of my favorite Beneteau Models has been the Oceanis 423. Since it was first introduced at the 2003 Annapolis Boat Show amid quite the fanfare and curtain raising, it was an instant success. An award winner right from the start. Excellent sailing and handling characteristics, comfort and stability, great looks and value. Hard to not like the 423. This 2005 has always been in freshwater and has had very good care and maintenance. Current owner has made numerous upgrades during the seven years he has sailed her. Among the upgrades are:

� New water heater 2014
� New VHF w/AIS
