Broker�s comments: Originally on the Hudson River, then transited to Lake Ontario, Shamrock has a beautiful Awlgrip painted green hull, white decks, white boot stripe and Gold Cove stripe. The cockpit teak is in excellent condition, cleaned and oiled each year. The in-mast mainsail and roller furling genoa (140%) makes for safe and hassle-free sailing; no sail ties, covers and easy to reef when needed! Also included is an Asymmetrical cruising sail with all the rigging. The hull is solid GRP laminate with no coring, structural inner grid with incorporated FRP floors, reinforced with unidirectional roving. The deck is Balsa sandwich for rigidity and sound and heat insulation. The beautiful Cherry stained wood in in excellent condition. What I like about this vessel is the large cockpit, stern rail seating, dodger, Bimini and full cockpit enclosure with screens in Toast Sunbrella. All lines are led aft so there�s no need to go forward other than to use the electric windlass when anchoring. Belowdecks have accommodations for 6 adults, with 6�4� headroom in the main salon, a very workable galley with plenty of counter space for meal prep when entertaining. The appliances include; 2-burner propane stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge and separate freezer. A full custom made 2-piece winter cover with frames keeps the boat clean and dry throughout the layup season. Clean above and below(even the bilges), Shamrock will not last long on the current market! Asking $86,900 it is presently located in Wilson, NY on the south shore of Lake Ontario and may be seen by appointment.
