The 23 is designed to carry 6 passengers as an un-inspected passenger vessel (UPV), plus 2 crew for a total of 8 capacity. We also offer a 26 Beachcat Tiki Tour vessel that carries 18 passengers as Certificate of Inspection (COI) vessel.
