Exterior Design and Deck Layout
The VR-6 features a beam-forward hull design that carries the beam well into the bow area, expanding from 5 feet 8 inches aft to 2 feet 9 inches at the foremost point. This creates a notably roomy bow section with wide, comfortable seating and a forward bolster that allows for rear-facing positions. The bow area can be enhanced with an optional table for entertaining or converted into a sun pad using a filler cushion. The boat’s 39-inch freeboard contributed to a dry ride, with smooth passage over self-generated waves and no discomfort or pounding experienced.
