This boat will make a great family boat at a super price, she needs some very minor cosmetic work.

The vessel has an upper and lower helm station. There are two staterooms and two heads. The boat has been on the same lift for 14 years the owner come into town a few times a year and takes the boat out. She needs a compound, wet sand and the hull will look fine on the outside. The exterior bridge seats are in good condition. The Bayliner 3988 is powered with twin 330 Cummins with 765 hours, she has an 8 KW Westerbeke generator, and the engine room is clean. She has a large deep cockpit, large swim platform in the cockpit is the Glendening retractable shore power cord, transom door and large easy access to the engine room. You enter the salon though a sliding patio door. The interior space on the 3988 is great and clean with no odors, headliner is nice and tight and the carpet is clean.

On the port side of the salon is the L shape sofa under the sofa is a 16000 BTU A/C unit. There is a barrel chair on the starboard side along with a U line ice maker and plenty of storage.

Forward and on the starboard side is an impressive galley with a three burner cook top Princess oven, two stainless steels sinks a microwave and plenty of galley storage. Two fridges that are clean the galley soles is a wooden veneer.

Forward of the galley is the lower helm station, all the gauges are nice and clear, throttles are nice and shiny and all the rocker switched are in super condition. For electronics there is Ray E120 - Ray auto ST600+ and a Horizon VHF.

Opposite the lower helm is an L shape dinette with storage under the seat. The 3988 has a lot of very good natural light in the salon the hull side salon windows will slide open for a nice cross breeze. Since the dinette is raised you can have a great view out of the window while enjoying a meal.

Below and to port is the guest stateroom, this room is fairly large with very large storage. Access to the front of the port diesel motor. There are two 12V outlets, a hanging closet, and a solid privacy door. The side stateroom has a head with wet shower.

Owner's stateroom is forward with an inline bed, as you step into the owners stateroom on the vinyl wall on the is wavy and need to be re-glued down or replaced? The owners stateroom has hull side storage, air conditioning and two closets. The owner's stateroom also has a solid privacy door the owner bathroom has a solid door in the bathroom is a stall shower, mirror and pull out drawers.

All the seats on the bridge are in good condition. The helm the seats and the helm seats have covers. The canvas covers are in great conditions there is a bimini top. At the helm is a ST 600 Auto - Tri data - Standard VHF and stereo. Just like the lower helm, the shifters the throttle and gauges are clear, no pitting or cracking.

On the bow is a Nuir windlass with foot controls along with a remote light. There is a sun pad. someone has washed the bow area with a pressure washer and has washed some of the gel coat of so some gel coat on a roller needs to be applied. (the area that we are talking about is very small)

Overall this is a sweet boat and will make someone very happy.
