2020 Barletta L-CLASS L25QCSSA COASTAL EDITION-SPORT ARCH Sold Boat in Cape Coral, FL 33993 US

2020 BARLETTA L-CLASS L25QCSSA COASTAL EDITION-SPORT ARCH • YAMAHA 300 • ONLY 220 HOURS

This is a rare opportunity to purchase a heavily optioned, low-hour Barletta flagship for genuine wholesale money.

Powered by a Yamaha 300-horsepower four-stroke with only 220 hours, this L25QCSSA combines Barletta's Quad-Lounge layout, co-captain's chair, Sports Stern and expensive Sport Arch. At 27½ feet overall, she is essentially a huge floating apartment with comfortable seating and entertaining space from bow to stern.

Her ride reminds me of a 1976 Cadillac Coupe DeVille easing over a speed bump-smooth, cushioned and remarkably composed. When heavy yacht wakes, larger-vessel traffic or choppy water approach, the triple-toon hull settles in and eases through them instead of delivering a harsh ride. Passengers remain comfortable and secure from the front seating to the stern.

The boat is offered at $49,995. A 2024 custom-built Rocket Marine pontoon/tritoon trailer is available separately for buyers who need one. Speak with us about an attractive package opportunity for the boat and trailer together.

ORIGINAL RETAIL-VALUE BREAKDOWN

The published 2020 factory pricing demonstrates how substantially this Barletta was equipped:

* L25QCSSA base boat with Sport Arch: $85,853

* Yamaha F300XCA 4.2L four-stroke: +$29,025

* Yamaha digital pre-rig: +$3,135

* Engine rigging with stainless-steel propeller: +$1,493

* Triple-Toon Package with in-floor storage: +$6,165

* Coastal Edition package: +$1,193

* Interior RGB Lighting Package: +$1,793

* Factory exterior underdeck/underwater lighting: +$1,193

* Eight-foot Power-Pole with installation and rigging: Approximately +$1,200

* ESTIMATED ORIGINAL EQUIPPED RETAIL: APPROXIMATELY $131,050

The Sport Arch alone represented approximately $18,000 over the comparable non-arch L25QCSS. That value is already included in the L25QCSSA's base MSRP and has not been counted twice.

TODAY'S MARKET COMPARISON

Current-generation Barletta L25QCSS and L25QCSSA models are advertised well into the $150,000 range, frequently without a trailer. A used 2020 non-arch L25QCSS is currently advertised at approximately $67,900.

Based on its low hours, flagship equipment and Sport Arch configuration, we estimate that this boat in excellent cosmetic condition could reasonably fall within the mid-$80,000 range. Adding the 2024 custom trailer would place the potential value of a properly restored package at approximately $90,000 or more, depending on workmanship, mechanical condition and the market at that time.

POWER, PERFORMANCE AND CONSTRUCTION

This Barletta is powered by a Yamaha 300-horsepower four-stroke with only 220 hours and a stainless-steel propeller. It has the $6,165 Triple-Toon Package, full-length lifting strakes, hydraulic steering, a 48-gallon fuel tank, large in-floor storage locker, full underbelly skin, extended activity/swim deck and the $1,193 Coastal Edition package. An eight-foot Power-Pole shallow-water anchor is also installed.

SPORT ARCH AND EXTERIOR

The factory Sport Arch represented approximately $18,000 over the non-arch model and provides extensive forward and aft shade coverage. Additional exterior features include black-and-pewter paneling, LED docking lights, navigation and anchor lighting, stainless-steel stern boarding ladder, exterior rail fender hangers, dedicated fender storage, watersports/tow cage, stainless-steel pop-up cleats and a rear swim platform with Yeti-ready cupholders.

FACTORY COLOR-CHANGING LIGHTING

The factory-installed RGB system includes color-changing illuminated cupholders, interior accent and mood lighting, under-seat lighting, courtesy and floor lighting, arch/Bimini lighting and color-changing underwater stern lights. The lighting system can display multiple colors, including blue, red and orange. The interior RGB package represented a $1,793 factory upgrade, while the exterior underdeck/underwater lighting package added another $1,193.

ELECTRONICS AND ENTERTAINMENT

Equipment includes a Simrad 7-inch GO7 XSE chartplotter/multifunction display, premium Hertz marine stereo, six marine speakers, subwoofer, 1,500-watt amplifier, Bluetooth and auxiliary audio connectivity, USB charging ports throughout, premium Barletta gauges, integrated cellphone storage and charging area, oversized helm glovebox and an additional helm storage compartment with a drain.

LUXURY QUAD-LOUNGE INTERIOR

The huge Quad-Lounge interior includes a dedicated co-captain's chair, Sports Stern configuration, premium cream/beige upholstery with black quilted accents, high-back reclining captain's chairs, swiveling and sliding helm seating, folding armrests, Yeti-ready cupholders throughout, woven marine flooring, stow-away table, integrated wastebasket, integrated pet food and water dish, ventilated under-seat storage and an in-floor stern cooler/anchor compartment with a bilge pump.

2024 CUSTOM TRAILER AVAILABLE SEPARATELY

* Custom multi-bunk configuration designed for this Barletta

* 7,000-pound GVWR

* 6,000-pound stated cargo capacity

HONEST COSMETIC-CONDITION DISCLOSURE

Backwater Marine & Yacht Brokerage stands on integrity. This boat is being represented exactly as she sits-the good, the bad and the opportunity. The cosmetic flaws have been deliberately pointed out and photographed so prospective buyers can clearly see what they are purchasing. The damage shown in the photographs has not been digitally removed or concealed.

The upholstery remains soft, pliable and usable. The vinyl's outer finish has visible surface checking or crazing, but it is not dried out, brittle or suffering from dry rot. There are several isolated damaged areas, including one substantial hole and tear that appears to have begun as a cut and opened further over time.

The exterior paneling also has cosmetic damage and will eventually benefit from replacement. These needs are reflected in the wholesale asking price.

This is not an interior that must be replaced before the boat can be enjoyed. A value-minded buyer can use the boat as she sits and complete the cosmetic refurbishment later. Depending on the buyer's expectations, use and care, the upholstery could potentially remain serviceable for another one to three boating seasons.

THE WHOLESALE OPPORTUNITY

We estimate approximately $20,000 for new exterior panels and a completely renewed interior. That work is not included in the asking price, but it demonstrates the opportunity:

* Boat asking price: $49,995

* Estimated future cosmetic refurbishment: Approximately $20,000

* Estimated total boat investment after refurbishment: Approximately $69,995

* Estimated excellent-condition boat value: Mid-$80,000 range

* Optional 2024 custom trailer value: $5,000+

* Potential restored boat-and-trailer package value: Approximately $90,000+

These figures are estimates rather than guaranteed future values, but the value is clear. Even after budgeting approximately $20,000 for a complete cosmetic transformation, the buyer would remain substantially below the estimated value of an excellent-condition example.

This is a genuine low-hour diamond in the rough: only 220 hours, a Yamaha 300, factory Sport Arch, Triple-Toon Package, Coastal Edition, extensive RGB lighting, premium electronics and an eight-foot Power-Pole-all offered at a price that gives the next owner room to enjoy the boat now and improve her over time.
