Bahama Boat Works is an iconic brand in the center console arena. The build quality, engineering and design has been developed from decades of experience from legendary builder Scott Henley. There is no compromise in construction quality as these boats are designed to last decades.

The boats are custom made to make your dream boat a reality. The list of standard features is impressive and with your options, the boat will be a true one of kind. Mercury engines, hull color, upholstery design, seating options and electronics are available to your specifications. The boat is designed ergonomically, so the captain can comfortably sit back at the helm, without leaning over or standing. The console and bow slightly angle down for easy view from the helm.

The hull construction and design are the most notable feature. The hull lay-up, laminates, cores, stringers and bulk heads are completed when the boat is still in the mold. The '' thick aluminum saddle fuel tanks are made to conform to the shape of the hull, then bolted to the stringers and bulkheads. The tanks are then glassed into the stringer grid system, making them a structural component of the hull. This adds to maximum strength of the hull reducing flexing that will cause gel coat cracks.

The design of the tanks is one of the standard features that give this boat an exceptional ride. The tanks run approximately of the hull's length. The fuel level in the tanks does not affect ride whether full or near empty. The boat is designed to run level regardless of fuel level.

With the hull still in the mold, the liner is then set to a vacuum to join the components to cure together for several weeks to minimize any distortion. The resin catalyst is formulated to cure slow to minimize hot spots. With no distortion, the cap can be installed on top of the hull with precision. The lower hull, liner and cap are then thru-bolted every six inches, then bonded with sealant, to create one solid super strong hull with no flex.

With the tanks mounted to the sides, this leaves the center line of the bilge virtually unobstructed. From the front hatch, you can clearly see all the way to the aft bilge. This design allows all of the rigging to run centerline for a superior build. Whether you are doing maintenance, repairs or upgrades, you will have clear access. The rear bilge area is truly a work of art, with clear acrylic covering pumps and thru hulls.

The fit and finish of all components is top notch. Bahama incorporates clean screwless hardware which can be seen all over the boat. Double seal hatches keep it dry below the deck. Drain tubes for the hatches run under deck all the way back to the drain channel, keeping the deck dry and clean.

The fit and finish are superior with the center console. It is made of 6 separate molds and seamlessly bonded together for one piece look. The console door closes and opens like a high-end build. There is easy access to rear of the console for rigging and troubleshooting. The console has a unique acrylic slide down panel that keeps your electronics and switches dry.
