A lovely example of this popular Maine-built downeast cruiser. TIBURON is currently located on the Chesapeake Bay and berthed in Annapolis, Maryland. The yacht has many additional upgrades and has been professionally maintained. TIBURON is a gorgeous Downeast-style pocket cruiser and shows extremely well. The vessel's performance in even the most challenging sea conditions are very favorable.
The Back Cove 29 is a modern example of everything that makes the Maine lobster boat a work of art. She has a traditional spoon bow and her transom is gently sloped: a style that turns heads in any harbor. She features a contemporary deep-vee hull with prop recess and standard trim tabs for comfort and performance. With the upgraded Yanmar 315hp diesel, she tops out at 25+ knots and cruises in the upper teen's. Around docks, maneuverability is simplified by a bow thruster. The pilothouse provides comfort from the elements, with a hardtop roof, rear enclosure, opening center windshield, and sliding side windows. Below there is a warm American Cherry interior with all of the basic essentials for overnight cruising.
