The M/V Bella Vita is a very well kept Italian built by Aprea Mare 40' 1998 is available to be seen in Stevensville, MD. This vessel has two private staterooms, a master forward queen and a VIP stateroom with two twin bunks that easily convert into a second queen. She sleeps four in these two two staterooms with an additional couple on the convertible settee. She has one spacious head with all the trimmings; a head, vanity, shower, large mirror, marble counter-tops and cherry cabinets. Her beautiful teak decks were replaced 10 years ago, cherry interior is in excellent condition, her bright work is satin varnished and finely fit. Her main salon has a "L" shaped settee on the port side that seats six comfortably. The salon has a table that is Hi-Low adjustable and converts to a double bed. Bella Vita also has a 36" flat screen TV and KVH Satellite system.
Her engines are the dependable Volvo Penta TAMD73DEC coupled to ZF V-drives. All systems have been serviced and maintained. Her generator is Kohler 9kw with less than 900 hours. All decks, forward, helm and aft are solid teak and in great shape. She has Sunbrella sun covers on all the leather cockpit seating, helm control areas, salon door and access panel. A like new Stamoid Bimini and side curtains with an aft drop curtain that reaches all the way over the aft deck or if you prefer a three piece weather screen that drops down from the radar arch.
