Cons
Weight: While the aluminum construction is durable, it can also contribute to a heavier overall weight, which may affect performance and maneuverability.
Limited Luxury Features: As a workhorse boat, it may lack some high-end amenities found in other types of boats, which might be a downside for those seeking a more luxurious experience.
Reduced Top Speed: Depending on engine options, the boat’s top speed may be lower compared to similar-sized fiberglass boats, possibly affecting performance for some enthusiasts.
Maintenance Requirements: While aluminum is durable, regular maintenance is still necessary to keep the boat in top condition, including addressing any scratches or wear.
Noise Levels: Aluminum boats can be noisier than their fiberglass counterparts, especially at higher speeds, which may detract from the overall experience.
