Rum Line is an incredible 1969, 40ft wooden Morse Trawler designed by John Alden. She is a one of one and full of history. While this vessel is a project, she has the full potential to be immaculate again. Rum Line is a beautiful custom-built trawler that is rare and unique. She was built solid with White Oak frames and Mahogany planks. She has been out of the water for a few months and will be splashed again soon to ensure she stays watertight. She has many features and plenty of original touches. Rum Line is a two-stateroom trawler with a helm station inside and on the bridge. She comfortably sleeps four adults with an aft cabin and forward V-berth. Originally, the aft stateroom was built with two separate beds but later converted into a queen berth. Both staterooms feature an ensuite head with a separate shower. The bones on Rum Line are solid. All issues with the hull have been addressed. Galley/salon includes refrigerator, propane stove/oven, wood-burning fireplace, and lower steering station. The flybridge has a helm station and a new Sunbrella Bimini top. She is located in St. Marys GA; there is availability to rent a workshop with a loft apartment, as well as the ability to work on the boat right out back on the water. The owners will consider all reasonable offers.
