This 31 Albin TE is in the water and ready for your inspection. She has been re-powered by a single Cummins 450 HP Diesel 2011 with only 670 hours on her. She also has a Northern Lights generator. She sports a full length keel which makes her one of the best tracking vessels in any conditions in her class. Her Very roomy cabin sleeps four with athwartships double berth aft and her convertible dinette forward. Both offer large sleeping accommodations that are comfortable and spacious.
She has a nice size galley to port as you enter a companionway from the pilot house salon. The galley offers a two burner electric stove cooktop, a refrigerator and a stainless steel sink. Also featured are a microwave, a coffee maker and plenty of storage. Both ac and dc power and a very functional and convenient breaker panel. The galley is surprisingly bright and well thought out. I nice size head to starboard includes a separate stall shower. A wonderful teak & Holley floor hilite the Albins interior and really are the first thing you look at as you come down into the lower salon cabin. This lower cabin is surprisingly spacious, airy and bright. She has portholes for good ventilation and a single hatch for both air and light. This is a very comfortable vessel to cruise, fish and stay on board for an overnighter, a weekend or longer cruising.
However, one of the real highlights of the 31 Albin is the totally enclosed and climate controlled main helm salon.
