Albin Yachts has introduced their first exciting large yacht in the 65 foot range.
Albin Yachts chose the 65 North Sea Cutter for its premier entry into the 65 foot and larger market. The 65 Albin North Sea Cutter had its origins in the 1980's as a Ray Hunt Hull. Albin offers this new 65 foot version, along with its entire line of large yachts as a semi-custom yacht. This yacht specifically targets the long standing Albin family and those yachtsmen who want the combination of a rugged North Sea cruising yacht that includes the spacious amenities brought by American designers.
The new semi-custom build process starts with production sized hulls. The 65 footer is then built to order under the direct supervision of Albin using the buyers' personal input and requests.
The 65 Albin North Sea Cutter is a tri-cabin cutter style cruising yacht and is available as a 2014 model. Albin offers buyers choice of power options and drive systems. Designers recommend one of the new pod drive systems for maximum performance.
Other features are bow thrusters and a yacht controller for maximum close quarter handling, clients' choice of state of the art technology, electronics and security systems including a geo-fence.
This great cruising yacht is built in Taiwan by the same yard that has built many iconic world-class and mega yachts. This yard's proven track record along with Albin's 100 plus years of experience is sure to be the next great innovative yachting experience.
