This is a BIG 45' boat! Two staterooms with two heads, plus a single bed crew quarters with head/shower in 45'!

Step aboard the teak hydraulic swim platform that will make swimming, diving or handling a shore boat easy. Enter the crew quarters through the waterproof door to port.  Down two steps to a comfortable air conditioned cabin with head/shower/sink, single berth and large windows.  Enter the cockpit to starboard and you'll find a large sunlounge and built in bench outside the triple-wide accordion salon doors.

The boat interior opens up with triple-panel accordion doors sliding out of the way to both sides, either all the way or partially. Just inside you find the L-shaped galley of walnut and beautiful cabinets with composite countertops. Opposite to port, the refrigerator hides behind the walnut cabinet doors making for a functional work triangle.  The dishwasher is also faced with a cabinet door.

Amidships in the salon there is an aniline leather settee to port, with the pop up flat screen TV outboard. Opposite to starboard is the U-shaped dinette with foldout extensions. Built in cabinets forward, upholstered in suede, contain the glasses/stemware/plates/dishes conveniently placed near the table top to set up for dinners.

To port the lower helm has leather upholstered comfortable helm chair, full navigation electronics, engine/pod management displays, steering wheel and joystick, electronic engine controls, electrically opening window, wipers, and a clear view 360 degrees.

Down the centerline companionway leads us to the landing. VIP forward. Master amidship.

Owner's Stateroom -The most comfortable mid-ship master in a 45' that I have been aboard. The walk around island queen-bed with head room instead of a crawl in bed makes this very welcoming. Panoramic windows to port and starboard complemented by a built in settee to port to enjoy the view. Samsung flat screen TV.Vanity. large hanging closet, lots of cabinet storage space. 

The owner's stateroom head has a glass stall shower, designer basin sink, built in storage and cabinets, and a Tecma marine fresh water head.

Forward VIP Stateroom - Easily mistaken for the owner's stateroom on other boats as it is very accommodating. The island queen bed with full height headroom is centerline. The enormous hull-side windows create a cabin with a view unlike any other! What a place to watch the waves and scenery go by at speed!

The VIP head has a stall shower/head combo and is easily accessed privately from the forward cabin or from the companionway landing so it does double duty as the day head for all aboard.

Back outside, from the cockpit climb the floating teak and stainless steel steps to the flybridge. Once up through the translucent hatch the flybridge opens to a commanding view!

Large U-shaped settee surrounds the teak table to port. Opposite is the Isotherm refer and sink. forward to port is a large sunpad with inclinable back rests to watch the action. To starboard, the flybridge helm starts with a lovely diamond stitched helm seat in contrasting vinyl.Full complement of engine/pod electronic controls and a joystick for easy manuevering.

The Galley is conveniently located just inside the cockpit doors and in the center of the action!
