The Amberjack's original design emphasis was in the large and well-organized fishing cockpit. The cockpit can be fitted with in-deck fish boxes, rod holders, and a transom live well. While cabin space is at a premium, the Amberjack manages to include a convertible dinette/V-berth forward as well as a standup head with shower and a small galley area.
