Faster and more fuel efficient than ordinary fiberglass construction the Corsair will plane quicker at a lower speed, will maintain a plane longer and will require less fuel to get her up on plane.

All fresh Hot Rod performance motor oil installed after initial break-in period. Salt-Away used religiously to fully flush engine after each excursion.

Four bolt main marine block fully inspected, machined, and decks trued. Cylinders bored .003. Crank turned and trued. New bearings throughout. New self-lubricating Eagle SIR 5140 Steel I-Beam Connecting Rods. New .003 oversized JE 10:1 compression forged performance pistons and SRP rings installed. New flywheel balanced and installed.
Crane High Performance 169611 HR-284-2S-10 hydraulic roller cam installed. Specifications: Intake @ CAM 339 @ Valve 576. Exhaust @ CAM 352 @ Valve 598. New Crane lifters, valve springs, retainers, and guide plates. New high performance timing chain.
Big block high performance rectangle intake port cylinder heads. Decks trued. New COMP intake and exhaust valves installed with new Crane springs and retainers. New custom length over-sized push rods installed. New high performance oil pump installed. High performance gaskets used throughout.
New Edelbrock 7561 Big Block Air Gap Performance intake manifold installed. Jets primary: 74, jets secondary 85, tested and run by AED Performance. Intake manifold custom powder coated. New AED 750HM Marine Holley Double Pumper Carb Billet Metering Blocks 750HO installed. Custom machined air cleaner and new K & N air filter installed. New fuel lines installed.
New Mercruiser Thunderbolt ignition distributor installed with 390-9571A1 module. New Mallory Coil. New high performance spark plug wires installed. New Champion RS15YC4 Marine spark plugs installed.
New Holley Electric Fuel pump installed. New Parker 320R-RAC-01 S3232 Fuel Filter / Water separator installed. New fuel pressure metering block and gauge installed also with new fuel lines.
New OEM Mercrusier exhaust manifolds installed with new exhaust piping and mufflers. All new belts installed. New alternator. New raw water pump. New freshwater pump. New oil and transmission coolers installed.
New OEM Mercrusier engine mounts installed.
New transmission pressure plate and new shift cables installed to Bravo 1 outdrive. Bravo 1 outdrive serviced and tilt cylinders replaced. New stainless-steel Bravo One 22-degree four blade prop installed. New OEM Mercury Quicksilver solid prop racing hub installed.
