The Hunter 356 / Hunter 36, originally all new in 2002, set a new standard in this size sailboat at its introduction. The more modern bow shape, with a sharper entry and inceased hull speed, was a large step forward. The typical Hunter roominess and sense of spaciousness made it much larger for its size. The large aft cabin (master cabin) gave wonderful accommodations and mush more comfort than the old V-berth that all of the competition was offering. And the traditional cockpit with safety-oriented walk-through cockpits, extra seating on the stern pulpit and accessible storage, table and ice tray making the cockpit much more friendly and functional.
She has good canvas (Dodger and Bimini), Raymarine instrumentation, a sunny but cozy main salon, galley includes 2-burner stove with oven, microwave, dual stainless sink, microwave. Aft cabin berth, guest v-berth, head with shower. This is a lot of boat for a very reasonable price!
The hour engine hour meter is Inoperative however there is an estimated 900 engine hours on the Yanmar 3YM30 Diesel engine.
